The School of Energy and Environment, University of Phayao (SEEN-UP), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Nathiya Kreetachat, Director of the Renewable Energy and Environment Research Center, together with faculty staff, participated in an exhibition showcasing the achievements of the Greenhouse Gas Management Certification Unit (GMC) and the Environmental Testing Laboratory Center (ETLC) during the Capacity Building and Cross-Cutting Training Program on Climate Change Adaptation, held from 7–9 July 2026 at Tree Tara Hotel, Lampang Province.
The program was organized by the Department of Climate Change and Environment, in collaboration with Chulalongkorn University, to strengthen the capacity of government officials, local administrative organizations, and related agencies. The training focused on enhancing knowledge and practical skills for planning and implementing climate change adaptation strategies effectively at the local level.
On this occasion, the School of Energy and Environment presented its expertise, research achievements, and service capabilities in greenhouse gas management, environmental testing, renewable energy, and environmental innovation. The exhibition also provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and build networks with experts and participants from various organizations, fostering academic collaboration, expanding research and community engagement, and contributing to sustainable development while supporting the University of Phayao's International Outlook initiative.
คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา นำโดย ผศ. ดร.เนทิยา กรีธาชาติ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์วิจัยพลังงานทดแทนและสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมด้วยบุคลากรของคณะ เข้าร่วมจัดนิทรรศการและประชาสัมพันธ์ผลการดำเนินงานของ หน่วยรับรองการจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก และ หน่วยปฏิบัติการทดสอบทางสิ่งแวดล้อม ภายในโครงการอบรมหลักสูตรการเสริมศักยภาพและส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานด้านการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศรายสาขาและสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Cross Cutting) ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 7–9 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ โรงแรมทรีธารา จังหวัดลำปาง
โครงการดังกล่าวจัดโดย กรมการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อม ร่วมกับ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรภาครัฐ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้มีความพร้อมในการวางแผนและขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานด้านการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในระดับพื้นที่
ในโอกาสนี้ คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมได้นำเสนอองค์ความรู้ ผลงานวิจัย และศักยภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก การทดสอบทางสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงนวัตกรรมด้านพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญและเครือข่ายจากหลากหลายหน่วยงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ต่อยอดงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาประเทศสู่ความยั่งยืน ตลอดจนร่วมขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาสู่ความเป็นนานาชาติ
