The Division of Buildings and Facilities, University of Phayao, through its Safety and Security Section, has carried out an inspection of vehicles used for operations within the university. The inspection was intended to evaluate preliminary readiness prior to use and to identify abnormalities and potential hazards that may affect drivers, passengers, and other road users within the university.
The inspection covered the overall condition of the vehicles and related equipment, including the vehicle body, tires and wheels, lighting and signaling systems, side mirrors and windshields, windshield wipers, horns, seat belts, doors and locking systems, interior equipment, emergency equipment, and onboard safety equipment, as well as other components relevant to vehicle operation.
Should any abnormalities or matters requiring correction be identified, the Safety and Security Section will notify and coordinate with the relevant responsible parties to carry out further inspection or corrective action as appropriate before the vehicles are returned to service.
This initiative is part of the safety measures of the Division of Buildings and Facilities. It emphasizes preventing risks before incidents occur and promotes regular vehicle inspections, in order to support the safe performance of duties by university personnel.
