On October 7, 2026, the Planning Division of the University of Phayao continued to advance its health promotion policy and strengthen staff well-being through the implementation of “UP Good Health,” a comprehensive digital health innovation designed to support healthy lifestyle changes among university personnel. The application enables staff to monitor their personal health information, develop healthier behaviors, and achieve a better balance between work and personal well-being, reflecting the University of Phayao’s commitment to improving the quality of life and overall well-being of its personnel.
The “UP Good Health” application features key functions including Health Tracker & BMI Monitoring, which enables users to record and monitor Body Mass Index (BMI) and personal health trends; Activity & Step Challenge, which connects step-counting and exercise activities while supporting health challenges at both departmental and university levels; Health Dashboard & Knowledge, providing health information and knowledge resources, including nutrition tips; and Reward & Community, a health-point system that rewards participation in wellness activities with gifts and benefits while fostering a community of health-conscious personnel across the university. The initiative demonstrates the effective use of digital technology to promote staff wellness and create a healthier, more supportive and sustainable working environment.
