On 15 October 2026, the Planning Division, University of Phayao, led by Mr. Rittichai Maneethip, Head of Strategic Information Section, and Ms. Ampika Amput, Head of Strategic Planning Section, conducted a knowledge-enhancement activity for personnel of the School of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The activity focused on strategic planning at the faculty level and the use of the university’s e-Budget management system. The session was welcomed by Assistant Professor Dr. Pornthep Rojanavasu, Dean of the School of Information and Communication Technology, at the ICT Meeting Room, University of Phayao.

The activity aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of strategic planning, including the formulation of strategies, tactics, indicators, target values, and the alignment of performance indicators with the university’s strategic direction. Participants also learned how to use the e-Budget system to record project information, define indicators at strategic, project, and activity levels, prepare implementation plans, specify expenditure details, allocate budgets, and monitor and report implementation results. The initiative supports accurate and systematic planning and budgeting practices in alignment with the University of Phayao’s strategic management framework.
