On 15 October 2026, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., the Planning Division, University of Phayao, organized the BMI Challenge activity to promote staff health and well-being as part of its commitment to creating a happy and healthy workplace. The activity emphasized Happy Body, recognizing physical well-being as a vital foundation for a better quality of life and effective work performance. An aerobics session was arranged to encourage staff to exercise, relieve work-related stress, and unwind after working hours. The activity took place at the Planning Division, 3rd Floor, Office of the President, University of Phayao.
The event was filled with energy, enthusiasm, and enjoyment as staff exercised together and moved in rhythm with the music. Their active participation reflected a shared commitment to health promotion and a positive workplace culture. The BMI Challenge represents another initiative by the Planning Division to advance the university’s Happy Workplace policy, beginning with Happy Body as a foundation for physical wellness, improved work-life quality, and sustainable organizational well-being.
