On October 17, 2026, the School of Management, University of Phayao, commenced the second semester of the 2026 academic year for the 2026 cohort of Master of Education (M.Ed.) students in Educational Administration, Plan B. The students began their studies in the course Academic Leadership, taught by Dr. Tharin Rasanont.

     The course aims to strengthen students’ knowledge and understanding of academic leadership while developing essential leadership skills that serve as a foundation for effective school administration in today’s rapidly changing educational landscape.

      The teaching and learning activities emphasize the practical application of knowledge to personal development and the advancement of educational organizations. Through this course, students are encouraged to grow into visionary, ethical, and capable educational administrators and leaders who are prepared to navigate future challenges and respond effectively to changes in the education sector.
