On 21 October 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., the Planning Division, University of Phayao, continued its BMI Challenge activities under the Happy Workplace initiative to promote staff health and well-being. The activities are held every Wednesday after working hours, encouraging personnel to incorporate regular physical exercise into their daily routines. This session featured a fun and engaging relay game, วิ่งเปรี้ยว (a traditional Thai running game), which encouraged active participation, fostered teamwork, and created a lively atmosphere while highlighting the importance of maintaining good physical health.
In addition, staff participated in a walk-and-run activity around Ang Luang Reservoir at the University of Phayao, promoting physical activity and helping participants unwind after work. These ongoing activities reflect the Planning Division’s commitment to fostering a health-conscious workplace, supporting both physical and mental well-being, and strengthening relationships among colleagues. Through the BMI Challenge, the Division aims to encourage sustainable healthy lifestyle habits and contribute to a happier, healthier, and more supportive working environment.
