Mr. Aticom Chitkasemsuk, French Department’s lecturer, School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, was invited to serve as a guest speaker at the national training program titled "SCAC-OBEC 2024: French Language Teacher Development Towards European Standards." The event was organized by the Department of Culture and Cooperation, French Embassy in Thailand, and took place from May 6 to 10, 2025, at Alliance Française Bangkok.
