Assoc.Prof. Dr. Supakorn Phongsabangpo, President of the University of Phayao, presented certificates of congratulations to students from the School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), on the occasion of their successful completion of the 8th Energy Science Training Program (WPS) during the University of Phayao Executive Board Meeting on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. On this occasion, the SEEN would like to express its sincere gratitude to the President for honoring the students.
