School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao (UP), extends its congratulations to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sittichai Pimonsree on receiving the “Nawatphoom” Award for his research project titled “Development of Smart Water Management for Local Administrative Organizations in Phayao Province Using Digital Technology to Address Drought Issues.”

The project was funded by the Public Debt Management Office and the Fiscal Policy Office, with collaboration from Naresuan University and the Program Management Unit for Area-Based Development (PMU-A). The award ceremony was held on August 14, 2025, at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok.

The “Nawatphoom” Award is presented to individuals with outstanding research achievements who can apply scientific, technological, and innovative knowledge to benefit local communities. It is a recognition of researchers who play a vital role in developing knowledge and innovations that truly address societal challenges. It is also hoped that this honor will inspire the next generation of researchers to create valuable works that bring lasting positive impacts to society.

คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ม.พะเยา ขอร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับ รศ.ดร.สิทธิชัย พิมลศรี ที่ได้รับรางวัล “นวัตภูมิ” จากการดำเนินโครงการวิจัยเรื่อง “การพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการน้ำอย่างชาญฉลาดของหน่วยองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดพะเยาด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการแก้ปัญหาภัยแล้ง” ภายใต้การสนับสนุนทุนโดย สำนักงานบริหารหนี้สาธารณะ และสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการคลัง มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ร่วมกับ หน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านการพัฒนาระดับพื้นที่ (บพท.) เมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ณ โรงแรมอัศวิน บางกอก คอนเวนชั่นเซ็นเตอร์

รางวัล “นวัตภูมิ” เป็นรางวัลที่มอบให้แก่บุคลากรที่มีผลงานวิจัยโดดเด่นและสามารถนำความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในระดับพื้นที่ ถือเป็นการยกย่องนักวิจัยที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมที่ตอบโจทย์ปัญหาสังคมอย่างแท้จริง และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้กับนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่มีคุณค่าและส่งผลดีต่อสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน ต่อไป
