On 16 September 2026, the School of Engineering, University of Phayao, led by Ms. Phimphaka Kaewsar, Head of the School Office, together with administrative staff, participated in the training programme entitled “Training on Writing Project Reporting and Opening Remarks for Fiscal Year 2026” The training was organized by the General Administration Division, University of Phayao, and held in the meeting room on the second floor of the Thai Peacock Learning and Conservation Center, University of Phayao.

        Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, presided over the opening ceremony. Assistant Professor Dr. SOMKID JUWA, Dean of the School of Public Health, served as the guest speaker and delivered a session on the principles and approaches to drafting formal reporting remarks and opening addresses for university projects and activities. The session also addressed key considerations regarding content, language, tone, and contextual appropriateness in formal and ceremonial settings.

The training programme was designed to enhance participants’ knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in preparing accurate, clear, and contextually appropriate reporting remarks and opening addresses, in accordance with the format, objectives, and nature of individual projects. The programme further aimed to enable participants to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to their professional responsibilities and to effectively support the implementation of various university projects and activities.

This professional development initiative forms part of the University of Phayao’s ongoing efforts to strengthen personnel capabilities and enhance the quality of ceremonial procedures and event management, thereby promoting greater effectiveness, professionalism, and consistency in the organization and delivery of university activities.
