From 21–23 September 2026 (B.E. 2569), the School of Law, University of Phayao, organized a study visit and competency enhancement activity for support staff. The activity was held under the project "Monitoring, Follow-up, and Review of the Achievement of the Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan of the School of Law." It took place at the Faculty of Law, Naresuan University, Phitsanulok Province, and at Blue Sky Resort, Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province.
The activity aimed to give School of Law personnel the opportunity to exchange knowledge on operational approaches, management, and best practices with an organization operating in a similar context. It also sought to develop personnel potential and enhance their competencies, so that they can apply the knowledge and experience gained to their work efficiently and effectively.
The School of Law, University of Phayao, has prepared its Strategic Plan for 2026–2030 (B.E. 2569–2573) as a framework for its operations, aligned with the direction and policies of the University of Phayao. The School aims to fulfill its five missions: teaching and learning, research, academic services, arts and cultural preservation, and management.
In addition, the School has adopted the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) as a guideline for developing its management system and operations, in order to improve the quality of management in every dimension. This also includes preparing for the EdPEx assessment for academic year 2025 (B.E. 2568).
This activity is therefore another important mechanism for promoting Knowledge Management (KM) within the organization. It does so through the exchange of experiences and working practices among personnel and educational institutions, encourages continuous shared learning, and uses the findings from the study visit to review and improve work processes in line with the School's strategy.
The School of Law, University of Phayao, hopes that this personnel development and knowledge exchange will lead to the creation of good practices, improved work efficiency, and the advancement of the organization toward achieving the School's vision, mission, and strategic plan goals in a concrete and sustained manner.
