On September 28, 2023, a collaborative effort was undertaken by the School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sittichai Phimonsree, along with Chaiwat Phothong, a lecturer, and a team from the Water Management Center of the Mae Na Ruea Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Their mission was to address and resolve issues with the local plumbing system, which had experienced significant disruptions. This predicament had left residents in Mae Na Ruea Subdistrict, specifically in Villages No. 6, 7, 9, 10, and 17, without access to clean water for their essential needs.
Simultaneously, the team collaborated closely with community leaders to inspect and restore the existing water supply infrastructure to its operational state. In addition to these efforts, they engaged in discussions with the community to formulate comprehensive guidelines for the systematic and sustainable management of water resources.
เมื่อวันที่ 28 กันยายน 2566 ที่ผ่านมา คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา นำโดย รศ.ดร.สิทธิชัย พิมลศรี อาจารย์ชัยวัฒน์ โพธิ์ทอง และทีมงานจากศูนย์บริหารจัดการน้ำองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่นาเรือ ลงพื้นที่ให้คำปรึกษา การแก้ไขปัญหาระบบประปาใช้งานไม่ได้ ส่งผลให้ประชาชนในตำบลแม่นาเรือ หมู่ที่ 6, 7, 9 ,10 และ 17 ขาดน้ำสะอาดเพื่อการสาธารณูปโภค พร้อมกันนี้ได้ร่วมกับผู้นำชุมชน ตรวจเช็คทำความสะอาด รื้อฟื้นระบบประปามี่มีอยู่เดิมให้กลับมาใช้งานได้ รวมถึงการร่วมหารือแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการน้ำประปา ให้มีใช้อย่างเป็นระบบและยั่งยืนต่อไป
