The School of Political and Social Sciences has launched the SPSS BMI Challenge 2024, a table tennis and badminton sports competition

The School of Political and Social Sciences, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chayanun Maneewan, Deputy Dean for Administration and Organizational Development, has initiated the BMI Challenge 2024 to enhance the health and well-being of its staff.

This program aims to engage all departments and academic programs to play an active role in promoting the health and well-being of the faculty members. The table tennis competition was held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, while the badminton competition will take place at the Sanguansermsri Building’s Badminton Court on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. The winners of each sport will receive cash prizes.

In addition to the table tennis and badminton competitions, the SPSS BMI Challenge 2024 includes aerobic dance, walking and running activities around Ang Luang (the campus lake), and other alternative sports. These activities were held every Tuesday from April to July 2024 to strengthen relationships among the staff, fostering unity, cooperation, and harmony.

The program promotes teamwork and goodwill while improving overall health, laying the foundation for efficient future collaboration and aligning with the identity and values of the School of Political and Social Sciences.
