School of Engineering, University of Phayao, continues its commitment to sustainable organizational development by participating in the training program titled “Towards Organizational Excellence and Knowledge Management” The training, held from July 8–9, 2025, at Mueang Phayao Conference Room, Information and Communication Technology Building, University of Phayao, was organized by the Institute for Innovative Learning. Representatives from the School of Engineering included the Head of the Office of the Dean, the Head of the Center for Engineering Research and Academic Services, the Head of Academic Services, the Head of General Administration, the Head of Operations, and the Head of Planning.

      The objective of the program was to explore best practices in organizational development based on the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). Prof. Tawanchai Phoehom, a lecturer from Industrial Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Ubon Ratchathani University, who shared valuable insights on the following topics:

      • Process Improvement and Knowledge Transfer

      • KM Systems and Technologies

      • KM Techniques and Best Practices

      The training aimed to enhance knowledge creation, effective knowledge management, and organizational efficiency, enabling participants to drive innovation and competitiveness in line with the university’s vision of achieving excellence.
