School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, Presents Learning Space 2025 Project Report: Fostering Reading, Writing, and Creativity Skills among Youth
The School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, participated in presenting the project report on Learning Space 2025: Stories from the Community – Teacher and Student Development in Reading, Writing, and Creativity Skills to Drive Phayao’s Soft Power. The presentation was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Khomkrich Tachom, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, on Wednesday, 10 September 2025, at the School of Liberal Arts meeting room, University of Phayao.
The event was honored by the presence of three distinguished committee members of the Learning Space 2025 Awards:

Asst. Prof. Dr. Namngern Chantaramanee, Director of the Institute for Learning Innovation
Ms. Anchalee Thiamkiri, Director of the Research Administration Division
Learning Space 2025 emphasizes the creation of Learning Spaces for SDGs, integrating cooperation among universities, schools, teachers, students, and communities. By drawing on local stories, culture, traditions, and wisdom, the project seeks to develop learners’ reading, writing, and creative thinking skills.
The project has been implemented with the support of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and the School of Liberal Arts. Four schools in Phayao Province have joined the initiative: Ban Sobbong School, Waen Khong School, Thung Kluai School, and Son Luang School. In addition, the project has established an online learning space, “UP-School”, to provide teachers and students with access to resources anytime, anywhere.
