On Monday, September 15, 2025, the School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ajchamon Thammachai together with the Academic Services and Community Innovation Committee, organized a workshop on “Building Resilience for Elderly Caregivers.”
The objective of this activity was to enhance resilience skills and to establish a supportive network for elderly care services across Mae Chai District. The workshop was honored by guest speakers: Ms. Thanyapitcha Singsatit, Head of the Counseling and Wellness Promotion Center, and Ms. Patcharin Khui-kham, Clinical Psychologist at the Mental Health Counseling Center, University of Phayao. They shared their expertise, conducted activities with elderly caregivers (CGs), and facilitated a knowledge-exchange session on practical outcomes.
The event also welcomed participation and feedback from partner networks and was held at the conference room of Mae Chai Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Mae Chai District, Phayao Province. This initiative is part of the “One Faculty, One Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)” collaboration program for the fiscal year 2025 of the School of Allied Health Sciences
