On September 19, 2025, Stanford University and Elsevier released the updated list of the World's Top 2% Scientists for 2025. The School of Science, University of Phayao is proud to announce that two of our lecturers have been recognized on this prestigious list.

1. Associate Professor Dr. Prasit Cholamjiak, from the Department of Mathematics, who was ranked among the world's top scientists in both the Career-long (lifetime achievement) and Single-year (latest year's performance) categories.

2. Associate Professor Dr. Aiyared Iampan, from the Department of Mathematics, who was ranked in the Single-year category.

This recognition reflects the academic excellence and dedication of the School of Science, whose internationally recognized research significantly contributes to their respective fields.
