คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ ม.พะเยา ร่วมลงนาม MOU และจัดสัมมนาวิชาการกับมหาวิทยาลัย Chang Gung ประเทศไต้หวัน
ระหว่างวันที่ 10–13 มกราคม 2569 คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา นำโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. เภสัชกร สุรศักดิ์ เสาแก้ว คณบดีคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ เข้าร่วมโครงการความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศด้านการวิจัย การพัฒนาวิชาการ และการบริหารองค์กร กับ Chang Gung University (CGU) ประเทศไต้หวัน เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการวิจัย รวมถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กร

พิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU)
จัดขึ้น ณ Shengen Lecture Hall โดยมีผู้บริหารร่วมลงนาม ได้แก่
• มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา: รศ.ดร.สุภกร พงษ์บางโพ (อธิการบดี) และ รศ.ดร.ภก.สุรศักดิ์ เสาแก้ว (คณบดีคณะเภสัชศาสตร์)
• Chang Gung University: Dr. Ming-Je Tang (President) และ Prof. Shu-Hsing Li (Dean, College of Management)

• วันที่ 13 มกราคม 2569 คณะได้เยี่ยมชม Department of Pharmacy ที่ Linkuo Chang Gung Memorial Hospital และ Elder Village เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดด้านการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ โดยมี Prof. Sherry Yueh-Hsia Chiu (Chair & Professor of Department of Health Care Management) เป็นผู้นำชมและให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการสุขภาพผู้สูงวัย
โครงการนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสองมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อพัฒนางานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมด้านสุขภาพอย่างยั่งยืน
School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Phayao Signs MOU and Hosts Academic Symposium with Chang Gung University, Taiwan
From January 10–13, 2026, the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Phayao, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surasak Saokaew, Dean, together with executives and faculty members, participated in an international collaboration program on research, academic development, and organizational management with Chang Gung University (CGU), Taiwan. The program aimed to strengthen academic and research networks and foster knowledge exchange in healthcare and management.

Campus Visit and Knowledge Exchange
On January 13, 2026, the delegation visited the Department of Pharmacy at Linkuo Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and Elder Village to exchange ideas on elderly healthcare management. The visit was guided by Prof. Sherry Yueh-Hsia Chiu (Chair & Professor, Department of Health Care Management), who provided insights into innovative approaches for senior care.
