คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้นำคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 6 จาก University of Utah ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ภายใต้โครงการฝึกปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมด้านสุขภาพโลก (Global Health Pharmacy Clerkship) แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิ ณ โรงพยาบาลดอกคำใต้ เมื่อวันที่ 27 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2569 โดยนายแพทย์สุรวัฒน์ กุลศรี นายแพทย์โสฬส ลิมป์คณาคม และทีมคณะผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลดอกคำใต้ ได้ให้การต้อนรับ และนำเสนอบทบาทของเภสัชกรปฐมภูมิเชื่อมโยงกับระบบสุขภาพในอำเภอดอกคำใต้  แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิ ของโรงพยาบาลและความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงพยาบาลและโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลในเครือข่าย และคณะศึกษาดูงานไปดูงานต่อที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลดอกคำใต้ และเยี่ยมบ้านผู้ป่วย

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ ที่มุ่งส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้านเภสัชกรรมควบคู่กับการเข้าใจบริบททางสังคม วัฒนธรรม และสุขภาพของชุมชน โดยการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ในครั้งนี้จะนำไปสู่การพัฒนางานเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิที่ดีขึ้น และสะท้อนบทบาทของคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ในการขับเคลื่อนการศึกษาและสุขภาพอย่างยั่งยืนในระดับสากล

The School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Phayao, hosted faculty members and sixth-year pharmacy students from the University of Utah, United States, under the Global Health Pharmacy Clerkship program to exchange experiences in primary care pharmacy practice at Dok Khamtai Hospital on January 27, 2026.

On this occasion, Dr. Surawat Kulsri, Dr. Solas Limpkanakorn, and the executive management team of Dok Khamtai Hospital warmly welcomed the delegation and presented the role of primary care pharmacists and their integration within the district health system of Dok Khamtai. The visit included discussions on primary care pharmacy services at the hospital, collaboration between the hospital and its network of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals, a site visit to Dok Khamtai Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, and home visits to patients.

This activity formed part of an international academic collaboration aimed at promoting pharmacy education alongside an understanding of the community’s social, cultural, and health contexts. The exchange is expected to contribute to the further development of primary care pharmacy practice and reflects the role of the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Phayao, in advancing sustainable education and health at the global level.
