The School of Energy and Environment, University of Phayao (SEEN-UP), assigned Dr. Poramate Sittisun and Dr. Wimonrat Sitisara as guest lecturers at the request of the Phayao Provincial Agricultural Office to provide training in the workshop entitled “Environmentally Friendly Economic Crop Production” under the Phayao Economic Crop Promotion and Development Project. The workshop was held on 29–30 June 2026 at VC Dok Khamtai Hotel, Dok Khamtai District, Phayao Province, with the participation of 100 local farmers engaged in rice, longan, legume, and maize production. Students from the School of Energy and Environment also participated as teaching assistants during the training activities.
The training program covered key topics including trends and opportunities for environmentally friendly agricultural products, domestic and international environmental standards, climate change adaptation, sustainable crop production practices, low-carbon agriculture, and greenhouse gas emission assessment from agricultural activities. The program aimed to identify strategies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions while enhancing production efficiency and sustainability, reflecting SEEN-UP's commitment to academic services and its role in supporting sustainable agricultural development and the green economy.
คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ม.พะเยา มอบหมายให้ ดร.ปรเมษฐ์ สิทธิสันติ์ และ ดร.วิมลรัตน์ ศีติสาร เป็นวิทยากรตามคำขอความอนุเคราะห์ของสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดพะเยา เพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ในการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การผลิตพืชเศรษฐกิจที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม” ภายใต้โครงการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการผลิตพืชเศรษฐกิจจังหวัดพะเยา ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 29–30 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ โรงแรมวีซี ดอกคำใต้ อ.ดอกคำใต้ จ.พะเยา โดยมีเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว ลำไย พืชตระกูลถั่ว และข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์จากพื้นที่จังหวัดพะเยาเข้าร่วม จำนวน 100 ราย พร้อมด้วยนิสิตคณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมร่วมปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยวิทยากรในการดำเนินกิจกรรม
การอบรมครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญด้านแนวโน้มและโอกาสของสินค้าเกษตรที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม มาตรฐานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ การปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ การผลิตพืชเศรษฐกิจแบบเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนแนวคิดการเกษตรคาร์บอนต่ำ (Low Carbon Agriculture) และการวิเคราะห์การปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากกิจกรรมการผลิต เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตอย่างยั่งยืน สะท้อนถึงพันธกิจด้านการบริการวิชาการของคณะในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาภาคเกษตรสู่ความยั่งยืนและเศรษฐกิจสีเขียวของประเทศ
