School of Education Organized the Staff Health Promotion Project through Walking Around Ang Luang Reservoir

On August 25, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., the School of Education, University of Phayao, organized the Staff Health Support and Promotion Project (Walking around Ang Luang Reservoir) at Ang Luang Reservoir, University of Phayao. The activity was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Subphaso, Associate Dean for Student Quality Development and Professional Experience, together with Ms. Methika Lertpathama, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Lifelong Learning Promotion, the Head of Office, the Head of Works, and supporting staffs. The activity was organized to promote staff members’ physical health through regular exercise, encourage greater physical activity in daily life, reduce sedentary behavior, and help relieve work-related stress. It also aimed to foster a workplace environment conducive to well-being by providing opportunities for staff to meet, communicate, and build positive relationships with one another. Through this activity, the School of Education seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle and a positive working environment, contributing to improved quality of life as well as more effective and fulfilling work performance. The activity is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being.
