On September 15, 2026, the Division of Building and Facilities, University of Phayao, took part in the UP CSV project held to mark the University's 16th anniversary. The delegation was led by Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape; Mr. Nattawut Somyarone, Assistant to the President; and Mr. Thanawit Sridoungkham, Head of Utilities and Facilities, together with division personnel. The event took place at the Inthri Asa Border Patrol Police Learning Center (Ban Huai Pum), Rom Yen Subdistrict, Chiang Kham District, Phayao Province.
On this occasion, the Division of Building and Facilities donated equipment to support the development and improvement of facilities at the learning center, including 5 spray hoses, 5 faucets, 10 round light bulbs, 25 long light bulbs, 5 sink faucets, 5 showerheads, 5 water supply hoses, 5 toilet lids, and 25 short light bulbs, along with electrical plugs, switches, and other utility system equipment. A team of technicians was also sent to the site to install the equipment and to inspect and improve the various systems, ensuring they were ready for use.
At the same time, the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) contributed tables, chairs, and tents for use at the learning center, and also helped inspect the electrical systems in the area to ensure they were safe and suitable for use.
This initiative is part of the University of Phayao's mission to benefit the community by applying knowledge and expertise, as well as collaboration between agencies, to support the development of the environment and facilities, promoting learning and sustainable development together.
