On September 17, 2026, Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape; Mr. Nattawut Somyarone, Assistant to the President; Mr. Jeerawat Manngan, Director of the Division of Building and Facilities; and personnel of the division attended the 1st Working Committee Meeting on Risk Management and Internal Control Operations of the Division of Building and Facilities for 2026. The meeting was held at the Joint Security Operations Center Meeting Room, Phayanamphueang Auditorium, University of Phayao.

The meeting aimed to review and establish a framework for risk management and internal control within the Division of Building and Facilities, in line with the guidelines of the University of Phayao. It sought to promote the participation of the working committee and related personnel in analyzing risk factors, exchanging views, and jointly determining operational approaches. These approaches cover the development of plans, the setting of measures, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and the preparation of reports to be submitted to the University's Risk Management Committee in accordance with the established framework. The evaluation results will also be used to review and improve operations to better fit the division's context and mission.

This effort is part of strengthening the internal management system to be thorough and systematic, capable of addressing risk factors that could affect operations, and enhancing the efficiency of the Division of Building and Facilities' mission. It aims to support the advancement of work in line with the policies, direction, and development goals of the University of Phayao.
