The School of Science, University of Phayao was honored to receive an invitation from the Phayao Provincial Sports Association to support the seminar "Health Promotion and Exercise for the Public" under the theme "Building a Healthy Society through Sports: Advancing Government Policy for Accessible Exercise for All Age Groups". 

The event was held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Phayao Municipality Staff Club Building, Mueang District, Phayao Province. 

For this occasion, Dr. Patcharin Tangchaisuriya, Associate Dean for Student Development and Alumni Relations, School of Science, University of Phayao, along with Mr. Adisorn Thurayod, Scientist from the Exercise and Sports Science program, were assigned as representatives of the School of Science to support this activity in the role of assistant speakers on exercise science. 

The objective of this activity was to transfer knowledge and demonstrate expertise in exercise science, body movement, and appropriate physical fitness promotion for people of all ages. This aimed to enable participants to properly and safely apply this knowledge to their daily health care and exercise routines. 

This participation reflects the School of Science, University of Phayao's commitment to applying academic knowledge for the benefit of public health and quality of life in the community (SDG3: Good Health and Well-being), while also strengthening collaborative partnerships between the university and local organizations (SDG17: Partnerships for the Goals).
