On Thursday, 1 October 2026, at 4:30 p.m., the Planning Division, University of Phayao, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Sarayot Raroengjai, Assistant to the President, together with section heads and all Planning Division personnel, organized the BMI Challenge activity at Ang Luang, University of Phayao. The activity aimed to raise awareness of the importance of health care and promote physical well-being among personnel within the organization.
The activity included physical exercise, walking, and running to encourage staff members to engage in regular physical activity, improve physical fitness, and adopt healthier lifestyles. It also provided an opportunity for personnel to strengthen relationships, foster teamwork, and build unity within the organization.
The BMI Challenge is part of the Planning Division’s ongoing efforts to promote staff health, well-being, and quality of working life. The initiative supports a healthy and happy workplace where personnel can maintain good physical and mental health while performing their duties effectively, in line with the principles of the Happy Workplace initiative and sustainable organizational well-being.
