On Tuesday, June 11, 2025, the School of Political and Social Science, University of Phayao, held its Annual Staff Meeting for Academic Term 1/2025 at Happy Garden Coffee. The meeting was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Montra Pongnil, Dean of the School, and was attended by members of the executive team, academic staff, and administrative personnel.

The meeting aimed to review organizational development strategies, summarize key accomplishments from the previous period, and foster dialogue to enhance future collaboration. During the session, school executives shared updates and perspectives on various key areas, including organizational management and development, academic affairs, strategic planning, student development, and the advancement of the School’s core missions.

A highlight of the event was a discussion forum titled “The Role of Personnel in Advancing the School's Mission Amidst Change,” which invited all participants to contribute ideas and reflections in a constructive and inclusive environment.

The meeting was held in a warm and collegial atmosphere, promoting shared understanding and collaboration among all staff members, and reinforcing a unified commitment to strengthening the School’s effectiveness and excellence going forward.
