According to a collaborative grant from the University of Phayao, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nopparat Suriyachai (University of Phayao, School of Energy and Environment (SEEN)) together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Surachai Wongcharee (Mahasarakham University) recently visited Taiwan to foster international research collaboration and academic exchange.

The visit included fruitful discussions with Prof. Yao-Tung Lin and his research team at the National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), exploring joint research opportunities and future collaboration grants.

The delegation also received a warm welcome from the Department of Environmental Engineering, National Central University (NCU), led by Prof. Kung-Yuh Chiang, where both institutions exchanged ideas on research development and international cooperation.

Finally, the team visited the Taiwan Science and Technology Office for Net-Zero Emission (T-STONE), a leading national center driving Taiwan’s goal of achieving Net-Zero emissions by 2050. The visit provided valuable insights into Taiwan’s Net-Zero policy and strategic pathway, which will serve as a model for collaborative research and sustainable development.
