On 9 February 2026, School of Engineering, University of Phayao, led by Ms. Siripen Boonsom, Financial and Accounting Officer, in collaboration with Acting Sub-Lieutenant Supatra Chaimoonmung, Computer Technical Officer, organized a training workshop entitled “The Use of the School of Engineering’s Financial Document Tracking System” for school members and administrative personnel. The event was held at Meeting Room EN1104 and was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Apichat Buakla, Associate Dean for Administration and Special Affairs, who delivered the opening remarks.

The primary objective of the workshop was to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of financial document tracking processes through a digital platform. The initiative aims to reduce coordination time, strengthen accuracy, and promote transparency and accountability in alignment with the principles of good governance. Participants were introduced to the system architecture, operational procedures, and step-by-step user guidelines, as well as methods for monitoring document status and addressing preliminary technical issues that may arise during practical implementation.

            This initiative reflects the School’s commitment to advancing operational efficiency and fostering a systematic transition toward digital administration, thereby reinforcing institutional capacity for transparent, accountable, and technology-driven management practices.
