On 12 June 2026, the Greenhouse Gas Management Certification Unit, School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao (UP), underwent a reassessment for the renewal of its accreditation as a Validation and Verification Body (VVB). The assessment was conducted by a team of assessors from the National Standardization Council of Thailand (NSC) and experts from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO) to evaluate the Unit’s conformity with international standards and relevant requirements. The assessment team was welcomed by Associate Professor Dr. Anusorn Boonpoke, Dean of the SEEN, together with the SEEN’s executive team and staff members.
The assessment team consisted of Mr. Danuphol Osaithai, Lead Assessor (NSC); Mr. Noppasit Likhitpichitchai, Assessor (NSC); Mr. Thanakorn Ketkaewketsakul, Assessor (NSC); and Ms. Dhitiya Pakdeesom, Technical Expert (TGO), who participated in the on-site assessment. Ms. Jittima Boonkerd, Technical Expert (TGO), joined the assessment remotely.
The reassessment was conducted in accordance with internationally recognized standards and requirements, including ISO/IEC 17029:2019, ISO 14065:2020, ISO 14064-3:2019, ISO 14066:2023, and IAF MD 6:2024, as well as the requirements of the National Standardization Council of Thailand, the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization), and other relevant laws and ministerial regulations.
The reaccreditation assessment reflects the commitment of the Greenhouse Gas Management Certification Unit, School of Energy and Environment, University of Phayao, to maintaining internationally recognized standards of competence, transparency, and reliability. Through its validation and verification services, the Unit continues to support organizations and stakeholders in ensuring the credibility of greenhouse gas information, thereby contributing to national greenhouse gas reduction efforts and advancing Thailand’s transition toward a sustainable low-carbon society.
เมื่อวันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา หน่วยรับรองการจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เข้ารับการตรวจประเมินเพื่อการต่ออายุการรับรองระบบงานหน่วยตรวจสอบความใช้ได้และทวนสอบก๊าซเรือนกระจก (Validation and Verification Body: VVB) จากคณะผู้ตรวจประเมินของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการมาตรฐานแห่งชาติ (สก.) และผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากองค์การบริหารจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ อบก. เพื่อประเมินความสอดคล้องของระบบการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสากลและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมี ผศ.ดร.อนุสรณ์ บุญปก คณบดีคณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร และเจ้าหน้าที่ ให้การต้อนรับ
คณะผู้ตรวจประเมินประกอบด้วย นายดนุพล โอสายไทย หัวหน้าคณะผู้ตรวจประเมิน (สก.) นาย นพสิทธิ์ ลิขิตพิชิตชัย ผู้ตรวจประเมิน (สก.) นายธนากร เกตุแก้วเกศกุล ผู้ตรวจประเมิน (สก.) นางสาวธิติยา ภักดีสม ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (อบก.) ซึ่งเข้าร่วมการตรวจประเมิน และนางสาวจิตติมา บุญเกิด (อบก.) เข้าร่วมการตรวจประเมินในรูปแบบทางไกล
การตรวจประเมินในครั้งนี้ดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ISO/IEC 17029:2019, ISO 14065:2020, ISO 14064-3:2019, ISO 14066:2023 และ IAF MD 6:2024 ตลอดจนข้อกำหนดของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการมาตรฐานแห่งชาติ องค์การบริหารจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก (องค์การมหาชน) และกฎหมายหรือกฎกระทรวงที่เกี่ยวข้อง
การเข้ารับการตรวจประเมินเพื่อการต่ออายุการรับรองระบบงานในครั้งนี้ เป็นการยืนยันถึงความมุ่งมั่นของหน่วยรับรองการจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ในการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสากลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส และน่าเชื่อถือ พร้อมสนับสนุนภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ในการตรวจสอบและทวนสอบข้อมูลก๊าซเรือนกระจก อันเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกและการพัฒนาสู่สังคมคาร์บอนต่ำของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน
