The Division of Building and Facilities, University of Phayao, together with the Division of Student Affairs, inspected the interior and surrounding areas of the Sanguan Sermsri Building. The inspection team was led by Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape, and included Mr. Nattawut Somyarone, Assistant to the President; Mr. Jeerawat Manngan, Director of the Division; and Mr. Thanawit Sridoungkham, Head of the Utilities and Facilities Section. The visit aimed to assess the building's current condition and usage, identify problems and areas needing improvement, and set out corrective measures so that the building is safe and can be used efficiently.

During the visit, the team inspected the electrical system, utilities, field/court flooring, and surrounding environment. They assessed the building's readiness and the problems found, and determined guidelines for improving the surrounding area so that it is tidy and conducive to sports and other activities.

This work is part of the University of Phayao's mission to manage its campus spaces, including surveying, inspection, maintenance, and development planning, so that facilities are ready and safe to use. The aim is to effectively support the activities of students and staff and to make the best use of the venue in line with the university's operations and missions.
